Pet Capuchin monkeys in enclosure
BackLarge enclosure for 3 pet capuchin monkeys. This is to show that private owners DO take good care or their primates in captivity, and if the person has done the proper research, monkeys can live very happy in captivity. The male capuchin that jumps on my boyfreind's shoulder is an adult given to my mother-in-law. That was his first day in his new enclosure. The breeder had told us he was wild (NOT FROM the wild, but not raised with human contact). He is actually very sweet. We believe his previous owner was a man who took very good care of him, and spent a lot of time with him. He LOVES men and starts to flirt with them and get their attention as soon as he sees one.
